Return / Exchange Guidelines

We want you to love your Fourth Wink piece. If something is not quite right, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached
  • Returned in their original packaging, such as the dust bag, box, or any protective packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order or invoice number

Items that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to you, and any related shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your exact order number and a short explanation of your request.

Our customer care team will get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Once your request is confirmed, a pickup may be scheduled. Please note that an additional shipping fee may apply depending on your location.

Returns and exchanges are currently available for orders delivered within Cairo only. You can contact our customer care team anytime to check the status of your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected by our quality team.

If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds may take 4–15 business days, depending on your payment provider

Exchanges

Once your return is accepted and the item is confirmed to be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, we will process your exchange within 3–4 business days.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any new shipping charges related to the exchange.

If you would like to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to follow the regular return or exchange process.
